version: flink1.20, jdk 1.8, logback 1.2.11
Delete `log4j-slf4j-impl-2.17.1.jar`, add `logback-classic-1.2.11.jar`,
`logback-core-1.2.11.jar`, start Jm `bash bin/jobmanager.sh start`, an
exception occurs, the corresponding code is here, I think this is a bug
