Similar to the other examples (e.g., {{{}flink-sql-runner-example{}}},
{{{}flink-python-example{}}}), it would be helpful to have at least a short
README.
Currently, one would need to check the {{FlinkDeployment}} to determine the
right image tag, LoadSimulationPipeline for available parameters as well as
refer to the READMEs of other examples for build instructions
