Update `flink-connector-hive` for 2.0 and 2.1 version

Hi,

I'm a flink-sql-gateway user and am trying to update the version to 2.0/2.1.

But I found there's no flink-connector-hive for 2.0/2.1, and the old
version does not work.

Is there a timetable to support `flink-connector-hive` for 2.0/2.1 ?
