I'm not entirely clear on how this feature is currently intended to be
used. If, like some formats and connectors, it is not included as a
built-in dependency and requires users to explicitly add extra
dependencies to use it, then we should provide clear instructions on
how to obtain and include it—such as the download link or the Maven
dependency snippet.
