Hi David, Thanks for driving this. +1 for releasing v1.0.0-1.20 and you as release mgr. I think the connector release wiki [1] is pretty straightforward, just make sure to do the 1-time prerequisites and ask a PMC member to include your GPG key to the KEYS file [2].
For the v2 connector release, we should also bump Flink version to 2.x, and see if we can throw away some code (e.g. any SinkFunction), and then do a v2.0.0 for Flink 2.1 + 2.2. WDYT?
