Release testing has begun for the Flink 2.3 release. Thank you to those contributors who have already indicated whether or not cross-team testing is needed for their FLIPs.
However, several FLIPs still require confirmation on whether cross-team testing is necessary. Please see the umbrella ticket [1] for more information. We aren't quite ready to build the RC0 release, but we will announce when it is ready for testing. In the meantime, we need help figuring out why the PRs to update the benchmark and docker repos are failing in CI: [2] and [3].
