Here's the release sync summary for *Flink 2.3 [1]* on 4/22 after the
feature freeze.

*Release Testing:* Cross-team testing is currently ongoing and is being
coordinated across the community to ensure feature stability [2].

*Issue:* There are two primary items currently being tracked:
1.
*Flink Docker Repo CI failure:* We are seeking help or support from
PMC members to resolve the current failures in the Docker repository [3].
2.
*flink-benchmarks issue:* There is an ongoing issue being tracked in
the benchmarks repository regarding PR #114 [4].
Additionally, work on the release announcement and release notes is
currently in progress.

*Sync meeting:* The next meeting is scheduled for *04/29/2026*. Please
