Since right now release 2.2.1 completion is blocked by PyPI [1] where we run out of space and limit request handling takes time by PyPI.
we are going to drop Apache Flink artifacts from PyPI for early releases (1.13.0-1.13.5) 1.13.6 will still stay there It means it might break some existing workflows depending on those versions Based on download metrics there are very few downloads compared with more recent versions.
