*ITCase classes in flink-avro, flink-orc, and flink-csv don't use the
MiniClusterExtension. Add the extension so they run on a managed cluster. Note:
AvroSerializerConcurrencyCheckInactiveITCase is likely a fork-isolation
false-positive (no cluster needed) — verify and defer/exclude rather than
wiring a cluster into it.
