Hi all,

I've opened a PR [1] for this, I'll wait for a couple more days if
anyone has any objections on this before merging it.

Sergey rightfully asked if we'll also fix this for flink-shaded, I'll
look into that too.
David, we won't backport this indeed and we would target the next
Flink minor version release.
