Migrate legacy JUnit 4 and Hamcrest test assertions in RocksDB state backend
test suites (RocksDBMemoryControllerUtilsTest, RocksDBResourceContainerTest,
RocksDBWriteBatchWrapperTest, RocksDBNativeMetricOptionsTest) to JUnit 5
(Jupiter) and AssertJ assertions in accordance with Flink test standards.
