With FLINK-40098 merged, {{EventTimeWindowCheckpointingITCase}} is the last
consumer of the legacy {{SourceFunction}}-based {{FailingSource}}. We should
migrate it to {{FailingCheckpointedSource}}, drop the {{FailingSource}}
generator interface from {{KeyedEventTimeGenerator}} and delete
{{FailingSource}}.
