Hi Brock, CTR makes sense, since we have parallel writes taking place in the
File Channel.
I also agree about the KeyStores - we may even want to make the KeyStore
provider Configurable.
Since you've made progress on this and it's building on top of FLUME-1487,
please go ahead.
