Reconfiguring is not a good idea as the way Flume reconfigures is essentially a
shutdown and restart. Doing this to an embedded agent will cause all kinds of
problems. Since it is likely the application Flume is embedded in will be
managing the configuration delegate the reconfiguration handling to it.
