Yes thanks for bringing up the incompatibility issue. Thats the reason i
didn't not set a fix version to this jira.
Your suggestion seems reasonable wrt 1227 makes sense.
Can we club the discussions on how it might be useful to extend
BasicChannelSemantics & Channel interface on this Jira for simplicity ?
Any other thoughts on what methods are worth adding to Channel intf or BCS
class ?
