Description:
TCP and UDP syslog sources parse the timestamp incorrectly while using
Syslogutils extractEvent and buildEvent methods.

TCP and UDP syslog sources parse the timestamp incorrectly while using
Syslogutils extractEvent and buildEvent methods.
We need to align these sources to use the syslogParser (as used by
MultiportSyslogTCPSource )to parse the messages correctly.
