I have created the flume web site in https://github.com/apache/flume-site
<https://github.com/apache/flume-site>. The site may be viewed at
https://flume.staged.apache.org <https://flume.staged.apache.org/>. If there
are no concerns I will publish the live site. I also need to update the
Performing a Release page in Confluence.
