After a PR is accepted from someone who has never contributed before, I comment on the PR and ask them if its ok to post about their 1st contribution on Twitter. I think it would be nice if 1st time contributors to the ASF could get a t-shirt or something (kinda like hactoberfest by digital ocean :) from the ASF.
