I created an issue[1] in the website repo with some information.  Keith
Turner created that page about the recipes tour coming soon so he might
have good ideas for content.  I would try to create a simple exercise that
helps users learn a recipes concept like Combine Queue.  Make sure it works
in the tour main method[2].  For a task like this, I think it's smart to
create a rough draft and put it up for review early to get feedback (just
put WIP in the PR subject).  Hope that helps.
