Rather than running all plugin tests we are running one of each type of plugin
(internal, output, input). This is faster and should be almost as thorough,
afterall each individual plugin is tested when it is deployed.

Description:
Each plugin provides a "test" target in their build file. This target should be
called for each plugin from forrests own test target (see main/build.xml,
"testPlugins")
This will result in all plugins being tested as part of the normal test process.
