This is the new stylesheet referenced by the patched forrest.xmap.  It gets 
placed in $FORREST_HOME/main/webapp/resources/stylesheets.

It's basically a copy of the original howto2document.xsl stylesheet with some 
changes to account for the new <faqs> element format.

Description:
A <faqs> section in a Howto V 2.0 DTD document does not get transformed 
correctly in a default site using the default skin.

In order to get the new <faqs> working, a change in 
$FORREST_HOME/main/webapp/forrest.xmap was made, and a new stylesheet was 
placed in $FORREST_HOME/main/webapp/resources/stylehseets.
