Description:
The current howto2document.xsl in
$FORREST_HOME/main/webapp/resources/stylesheets does not process a HowTo DTD
1.3 <faqs> section correctly. This is because the v 1.3 DTD uses a <part>
element while the v 2.0 DTD uses a <faqsection> element.
Fortunately, this is eaaily fixed.
