Description:
When functionality is removed from Forrest core and placed in plugins the
samples in the documentation and fresh-site should also be removed. However,
this leaves us in the position where new Users cannot see the potential of
Forrest + plugins.
We need to include the documentation and samples within plugins in the Forrest
website and also include a list of plugins and their funcitionality in
fresh-site.
