What needs to be done:
- iHTML is no longer so replace this with a standard HTML page
- content on http://localhost:8888/samples/static.html needs updating as does
the location of the example file
- content of http://localhost:8888/samples/linking.html needs updating

so we need to update docs and the fresh-site samples.
