SiteDropListener.java
This patch adds the framework for adding/deleting elements from a context menu
as well as adding by dragging rom the file view. The actual code to add the
elements to the site.xml file isn't there yet.
SiteDropListener.java is to be placed in the org.apache.forrest.eclipse.views
