Update of viewHelper plugin :

1) update of output.xmap to search for contracts as follows : 
    - first in {project:resources}/templates/{1}.ft
    - if not found then in resources/templates/{forrest:skin}/{1}.ft     (New)
    - if not found then in resources/templates/{1}.ft

2) update of resources.xmap to search for resources (css...) as follows : 
    - first in {project:skins-dir}{path}
    - then in resources/skin/{path}/{forrest:skin}/     (New)
    - then in resources/skin/{path}/
    - then in {forrest:context}/skins/common/{path}/

in fact, this patch is not yet used...
we need to use the forrest:theme indeed cf.
