Good question. That link works okay in 'forrest run' mode. I wonder if it is to do with the processing of that samples/locationmap/index.source.xml we have an old Issue listed for that type of thing with the site: and ext: protocol. We have a workaround in the Cocoon cli.xconf file. I will add another. -David
