I agree. Better to concentrate on stylesheet linking (which allows you
to arrange stylesheets by media type). Barring a few tricks like
switching stylesheets, indicating current page/area, and
non-javascript menu expanding Forrest doesn't really need to do any
CSS beyond IDs for contracts.
