Created a site our of these docs in order to make it easier for us to review
them.
I've done nothing to the docs yet (other than fix a few validation errors).
I've glanced over the content and it looks like there is some useful stuff in
here, but it needs ot be integrated into our docs and the content needs to be
verified.
