New Doc - Migrating existing site to Forrest

I think we need a document that specifically answers the question: "I've got an
existing website, what approaches can/should I use to migrate it to Forrest?"
[I think this has to be more than a simple FAQ answer] Our current docs seem
to me to be too biased towards new sites. I think having a very clean
discussion of the approaches (e.g. convert content vs. leave in html, etc.)
would be nice to have.
