It is related but it is actually a slight different issue, that I found while trackig the issue you have reported yesterday. There is still the issue that requesting http://localhost:8888/index.dispatcher.css will return ATM an empty document. Like said I need to test it my fixes for both issues one more time before I check it in. BTW it is actually not directly related to branding-theme-profiler but rather to *.dispatcher.css.
