I am slowly reading through all mails that I missed while I was in Germany. That is the reason for my late response. I am -0 on this. I understand you that since the dispatcher is a plugin the documentation should go there, but since the dispatcher should become part of the core (not physically but as dependency) IMO it should be in the core docs.
