Add documentation about adding new/modified Cocoon Blocks to forrest. This
would also describe how to upgrade the Cocoon that is shipped with Forrest.
Some info is in the etc/cocoon_upgrade/ directory. This is related to the
current version of our Cocoon. Later versions of Cocoon trunk use Maven so we
need to adjust our instructions.
