Just tested with a 'forrest run' on a seed-sample site enabled with dispatcher and pelt theme. The 'Samples' tab remains highlighted when either sub-tab is selected. The second level tabs themselves are not highlighted at any stage. What IS highlighted is the menu entry for the selected sub-tab. e.g. Select the 'Index' sub-tab and the 'Overview' menu item is highlighted. Select the 'Sample2' sub-tab and the 'Static Content' menu item is highlighted. Also, the sub-tabs remain in view when any other menu item is selected, so any page within the 'Samples' section will ensure that sub-tabs are always Visible. Is it the case then that when a sub-tab is selected and we go to page in question, do we also want the sub-tab highlighted different to the non-selected sub-tab(s) as well as the actual menu item ? Not tested in a dispatcher enabled deployed static site yet.
