The template matching "a" in html2document.xsl was replaced in resolving
FOR-448. The same template appears in
forrest/main/webapp/resources/stylesheets/any-to-document.xsl line line 124
forrest/etc/test-whitespace/html2document.xsl line 163
and the same change needs to be made in both cases.
