I just committed my *experimental* Forrest 2 implementation to
whiteboard. Immediately after committing it I realised that I was using
a private IVY repo for dependency management and that I have not
provided an Ant build.
It is late now and I am off to bed, therefore, I do not recommend anyone
tries to build it. Just take a look.

I'll sort out the build issues as soon as I find time, in the meantime
