Hi Gavin, thank you for the comment.
I think the "Missing Spaces" is problem. Because Excel doesn't output <ss:Cell>
of empty cells, so can't create "Spaces in Empty Cells" table without
preoperation, adding <ss:Cell> of empty cells. And This patch is to resolve it.
Do I misunderstand the requirement...?
