Yes i agree Gav, it works for me with current trunk. I just did 'ant clean' in
each of the "glossary" and "dispatcher" plugins. Then with 'ant test' in the
dispatcher plugin, the glossary plugin was properly deployed.
With the head of forrest_08_branch SVN it fails as described.
The only change that i can immediately think of which might affect plugin
deployment is that some version numbers were incremented.
