I just had to answer a Forrest related issue on another list, my answer turned
into quite a complete description of how to customise a dispatcher theme.
I don't have the time right now to add to our docs so this issue is to capture
a URL to the response. If anyone wants to cut and past my text into the
dispatcher docs feel free.
