pdf-plugin with fop 94 is up and running

Thanks to Thorsten, the pdf-plugin with fop-94 is up and 
running. The remaining issues being

- linkmap breaking trunk
  which is really a problem with illegal xml delivered to
  the pluginFOR-1067
- Thorstens suggestions to
  Decouple fo from skinconf (was Re: svn commit: r618400 )
  which I'd like to leave for a next release of the plugin

Any comments?
