I think I've a solution fpr the wholesite issue. The "site:" weren't properly
handled in doc-to-doc-uniqueids.xsl. The patched file is attached. The pdf-tab
issue isn't solved yet, but it looks better and I'll work on it. As soon as I
have a solution for that, I'll post it.
