Perhaps the number of external CSS files could be reduced.
Currently the reference page has the following:
../themes/common.css
../themes/leather-dev.css
../themes/pelt.screen.css
../samples-b/sample.dispatcher.css
../themes/pelt.print.css"
plus the "Extra css" style element,
plus any other css that the page designer might add.
