Description:
Skins site can not currently be tested by the W3C CSS Validator.
On connecting and error is returned:-
Target:
http://forrest.zones.apache.org/ft/build/forrest-seed/samples-b/sample.html
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
Doing the same test on the Dispatcher based site works fine (and passes too!)
