Have a look at the 'All' and 'Fisheye' tabs in Jira and you'll see an error. There is definitely something amiss lately and I'm not certain if it is just that Jira can not talk to repos properly at the moment, if it is machine upgrades, svn upgrades or something else. A lot has been done with infra stuff of late that may be connected. I'm going to look at solving the all/fisheye error first and then see if this problem remains.
