Reviewed the "Website Navigation Links" section for our top-level site (not yet
plugins and example sites).
"License" ... We go via our own licenses.html page, so that we can also link to
FAQs etc.
"Thanks" ... We go via our own thanks.html page, so that we can give other
thanks too.
"Sponsorship" .. We go via our own thanks.html page. Now also added a top-level
link.
"Security" ... We now link directly.
"ASF" ... Added specific paragraph to home page and a link in the "Related"
section of navigation.
