2nd Level tabs is much improved now.
Final thing that is different from Pelt Skin is that once a sub-tab is chosen,
the choices then dissapear, forcing the user to click the main tab again to get
the sub-tab choices back again. (for example of main site docs, the 0.80 0.90
and 0.70 choices would dissapear once one of them had been chosen)
