I have read the issue79466 and tested, but I didnt find out the question which is "Dock all toolbars" in drop-down menu is not available when the menu is called via docked toolbar. at same time, I found the following phenomenon*:* when the toolbar is floated, "Dock all toolbars" in drop-down menu is available; when the toolbar is docked , "Dock all toolbars" in drop-down menu is not available; I think that is ok, no problem.
