After changing the size of URLHistory in the Common.xcs and deleting the
cached conf(user/registry/cache/org.openoffice.Office.Common.dat),
the URLs no longer referenced by the OrderList in ItemList will be
removed, and the URL which has come out of the list size will be delete.
