+1 (binding) Verifications on the supplied signatures (.asc files) were okay after re-importing https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/freemarker/KEYS. sha512sum matches with the .sha512 file on both. Building with tests, building jars and manuals were successful. Both normal one and gae version are working fine in my applications, with using the ASF Nexus staging repo directly in maven pom files.
