To be honest I didn't even know that there is such a restriction.
It's time to extend the fsvs-internal tests, I believe.

You're of course completely right - that must work.
The interesting thing is that the failing ->apply_textdelta call gets no 
filename told ... So I'll have to do some research *why* exactly that is 
failing.

I'm a bit out of order currently, so it may be some time before I get that 
completely done. Any help would be appreciated.
